"The seafood is absolutely superb... My own sea bass... served on a yellow river of citrus sauce, was wonderful, the sauce being sharp enough but not so that it masked the flavour of a perfect fillet of that saintly fish."
The Sunday Telegraph"I enjoyed English's... by concensus the best restaurant in Brighton... the oysters were the best I have had all season"
