Supper clubs at English’s of Brighton
Last week we welcomed wine suppliers Bibendum to English’s for one of their Bibendum Supper Club evenings. A monthly affair held at restaurants across Brighton, the wine experts worked closely with Head Chef Maria to create a bespoke menu for their 21 guests, including wine pairings for each of the six courses, sharing platters and an artisan cheese board to end the night with.
We began the evening out on the terrace with fresh oysters and glasses of Domaine du Bois Bruley, before sitting down for dinner in our upstairs private dining room. Guests were greeted with a personalised name card, bespoke menu and a bottle of wine to take home with them.
