Win! 6 pairs of tickets for English’s Chef-off 2017

The Brighton food scene has never been so exciting; awards, press coverage, new restaurants popping up – and whilst we’ve been celebrating the big names of Brighton, now we’re looking to champion the next generation of budding chefs.

In a brand new annual cooking competition, we’ve invited the brightest talent from across Brighton and Hove to join us out on the terrace to cook their signature dish for our panel of judges. Currently working at Chef de Partie level or lower, each chef will be cooking against the clock to serve their plate for our panel, which includes Michael Bremner (64 degrees, Great British Menu finalist), Thomas Griffiths (Flank, Pascere) and Steven Edwards (Etch., Masterchef Professionals winner), who will decide which of our six contestants shines brightest as Brighton’s Best Emerging Chef.

Our chefs represent some of the best restaurants in Brighton and Hove, including 24 St Georges, The Salt Room, Drakes Hotel, La Choza, The Grand and Market.

With 6 pairs of tickets to win across our three social media platforms, entry is simple:

Entry opens Monday 1st May and closes Wednesday 3rd May 2017. We’ll be contacting all 6 winners on Thursday 4th May 2017 and all prizes must be claimed by Sunday 7th May 2017.
