English’s Chef-off: Watch it live!
On Thursday 11th May we’ll be pitting some of Brighton’s best junior chefs against each other in English’s Chef-off. Working in Chef de Partie level or lower across Brighton and Hove, they will be cooking and serving their signature dishes out on the terrace in front of our panel of judges, audience of food experts and competition winners. No pressure then!
Taking part will be:

- Curtis Weissang at Market
Our panel of judges are:

- Thomas Griffiths (Flank)
- Steven Edwards (Etch., Masterchef Professionals)
