ENJOY NATIVE OYSTERS BEFORE THE END OF APRIL
As the summer rapidly approaches we’re waving goodbye to a season of native oysters, and welcoming in a new menu of rock oysters. Served only in months with ‘R’ in the name, native oysters are available to enjoy from September – April, which means that after 30th April native oysters won’t be available to order again until September. The summer break allows the population of natives to recover, and they start to spawn when the temperature rises in the summer months.
