Resident artist Rebecca Larkham’s portrait of English’s of Brighton

We’re very excited to share a peek into a painting in progress by our resident artist, Rebecca Larkham. Rebecca, who has been with us since November 2013, is working on a bespoke piece of art that will be displayed in the windows of our Red Room. Beccy has a degree in Fine Art from Leeds College of Art, and we’re pleased to be displaying this very personal piece of work. We’ll be sharing photos as she progresses through the painting – or you can pop in and have a look for yourself and ask Becky about her practice. For now, here’s her initial sketch of the painting. We’re sure you’ll agree it’s fantastic!
